¡Hello girls!Omg, my firstBlog. I am very excited, I am a lover of challenges especially if they are accompanied to help others. And this is certainly one of them. When I received the invitation without thinking I said YES, although I confess that I was a little nervous at the time of making thes stories in @ Kiralife.official and I said this is really coming BIG. 


There was a great acceptance from you, and that made me very excited. It motivates me to continue sharing my experiences and advice with this beautiful community. For me it is an honor to do it! 


My mission is to make us feel even more beautiful from the inside out, and I would like to start with what Woman means to me. 


The womanIt is the most beautiful being that God created on earth and the universe. We represent life, strength, courage, sensitivity, tenderness, home, compassion, sweetness, beauty, inspiration, example, generosity, mercy, passion, wisdom, guidance and light. If I had to sum it all up in one word, I would define it as LOVE.


I am grateful to God for having been born and raised surrounded by extraordinary women. Starting with my mother, grandmother, aunts and cousins who always instilled in me values that define me today and that I learned through their example. In addition to a small memory that they did their best to maintain a good appearance and look radiant with so little.


Girls reliving these moments and through my personal and professional experience, I can assure you that it is of great importance to take care of our physical appearance, highlighting our natural beauty and thus we will feel better.


For this reason, I want to share with you those little habits that we can put into practice day by day or as I call them,Tips & amp; Tricks#AlaMillie

  • It is important to rest. Sleep well. Let's try to meditate or create a relaxing environment before sleeping and thus free ourselves from stress. Experts recommend sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day. That's right girls, in addition to waking up with energy, and radiant, we give it aboost to creativity.

  • As the beautiful Chiqui says“We are what we eat,” so a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, and rich in antioxidants, combined with vitamin supplementsis a must.Your body will thank you and it also greatly improves the appearance of the skin.

  • Drink lots of water. Our body is composed mainly of water and to regenerate it needs it. In this way, we keep all our organs healthy, especially the skin. With adequate hydration, we improve circulation, the tissues are renewed and we increase the elasticity of the skin.

  • Maintaining a good skincare routine is essential. I recommend cleaning it at least 2 times a day with mild products that are for your skin type. Always moisturize, hydrate and refresh it. In my case, I use Garnier's Water Rose Micellar Cleansing Water to keep it clean, fresh, and hydrated throughout the day.  

  • Exfoliating once a week will do wonders for your face as it removes dead cells, improves circulation, prevents aging, and makes your skin look like new.

  • Facial massages are one of my favorites to stimulate circulation in the skin and help the lymphatic system that is responsible for releasing toxins in your body. You can do it daily for a few minutes in the morning, at night, or twice a day. In my case, I like to mix a water-based gel or cream with an essential oil to make the massage easier.

  • Doing some physical activity not only strengthens and tones the body, it will also help you improve circulation and oxygenation of the skin.

  • The use of sunscreen is very important. Find a product that matches your skin type, and the higher the SPF the better. La Roche-Posay sunscreen is one of my favorites.

  • ¿Base or BB cream I confess that I prefer BB cream. You get skincare benefits as they hydrate and protect from the sun with the perfect amount of coverage to hide unevenness. 

  • ¡To hydrate the lips! I always seeklip balms that not only hydrate me but protect me. The oils, butters, and glycerin are ideal to hydrate, while to protect the SPF, waxes and silicone that prevent the rapid evaporation of the water molecules. Shea butter, Beeswax, aloe vera, and sunflower seed oil area must have.


Always remember, that natural beauty begins from within. Feel sure of yourself, comfortable in your own skin, be you as you are, that is the best way to highlight natural beauty, being authentic, maintaining a good attitude towards life ahhh and always carry YOUR SMILE with you, the one that will illuminate your whole being and that of others ❤️
