* 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey optionall)
* Optional lemonl)
* If you bought the whole root, you should grate it.
* Boil the water. If you are making the tea just for yourself, boil enough to fill a cup.
* Add the ginger and let it steep 10 minutes for a normal tea. If you want it more intense, you can leave it for 20 minutes or add more ginger. We recommend you try to find the right combination.
* Add the honey and lemon to taste.
